Piwo Grodziskie stiliaus alus.
2022 m. "Aludarių taurės" nugalėtojas
1 vieta 'wheat beer' kategorijoje;
Geriausias metų alus
Nepriekaištingai skaidrus, vaiskios geltonos spalvos, akinančiai balta, tvaria ir itin ilgaamže puta pasipuošęs skanumėlis.
Taurė vilioja maloniu ažuolo dūmu, subtiliu kviečių salykliškumu bei lengvai žolišku apynėliu.
Malonumo link gėrėją čia veda trys skonio dominantės: solidus, kaip rūmų parketas ąžuolo dūmas, švarus, kaip princo baltiniai apynių kartumas, bei gaivus, kaip lenor reklama kviečių salyklas.
Mažumėlę apie stilių. Šis alus pirmą kartą buvo išvirtas ir gardžiai išmauktas mažame Lenkijos miestelyje ypač trumpu pavadinimu – Grodzisk Wielkopolski, prieš kokius tai VII amžius. Slenkant šimtmečiams šis gėralo stilius užkariavo visą Lenkiją ir XIX a. pab. tapo pačiu geriamiausiu tautos alumi. Tačiau aukso laikai ilgai netruko, atėjo raudonšiknis Ivanas ir visi alūs su neištariamais pavadinimais ėjo von. Alaus stilius pamažu išnyko, originalios mielės buvo prarastos, o istorinės apynių rūšys pamirštos. Šiuo metu, besiremiant istoriniais receptais, šis alus išgyvena šiokį tokį mini atgimimą kaimyninėje šalyje, nors receptūra ir yra pakitusi. Prie atgimimo prisidedam ir mes.
